A business needed a large covered workspace fast. A permanent build wasn't an option and something smaller wouldn't cut it for the scale of what they were running. They needed a proper industrial building, on existing hardstanding, without the months of lead time that a permanent structure would take.
We installed a 33x60ft double truss storage tent directly onto their yard. The peaked roof gives full height clearance across the entire span with no internal posts, so the floor is completely clear for vehicles, machinery, and materials handling equipment. The double truss frame adds steel wire bracing throughout for extra rigidity — important on a building this size that needs to hold up through all weather without compromise. The galvanised steel frame, heavy duty PVC cover, and roll-up front doors went up over a few days with no groundworks crew and no disruption to the rest of the site.
By day four the building was fully enclosed and weathertight. The whole footprint is usable from day one and the structure anchors straight to existing hardstanding with no foundations required. If the operation moves or the layout changes, it comes down and goes back up somewhere else.
