This wasn't a typical install. The site was a remote hillside in Iceland — exposed moorland, snow on the ground, fog coming in off the landscape. No hardstanding, no existing infrastructure nearby, and a team that still had a job to do regardless of the conditions.
Ineos Group needed covered workspace and secure storage on site. We used two shipping containers already on location as the structural base, spanning a container canopy between them and fitting a front panel with access door to fully enclose the space. The galvanised steel frame clamps directly onto the container tops with no groundworks, no welding, and no foundations. Even working with a cherry picker on rough uneven ground in those weather conditions, the structure went up without issue and was enclosed and operational the same day.
The finished setup gives a fully weatherproof covered workspace with the containers providing locked storage on each side. Hot-dip galvanised frame, industrial PVC cover, built to handle wind, rain, and sustained cold without any maintenance between uses. The photo was taken shortly after completion with the team already moving in and out.
