This photo was taken on an active construction site mid-mobilisation. Heras fencing going up, groundworks underway, materials arriving — and right in the middle of it all, a container canopy already standing and in use before the bulk of the work had even started.
Sparktech needed a secure, weatherproof compound on site from day one. We used two containers as the structural base, spanning a canopy between them and fitting a front panel with a personnel access door. The galvanised steel frame clamps onto the container tops without groundworks or welding, so the whole setup went up in a day without disrupting anything else happening on site. The containers provide locked storage on each side and the covered span in the middle gives a proper enclosed workspace — usable for welfare, tool storage, or equipment housing from the moment it's up.
Having covered storage and welfare in place from the start keeps a site CDM compliant without scrambling for portacabins or improvising with tarps. The structure looks professional, holds up to site conditions, and comes down cleanly when the job is done.
If you need a site compound sorted quickly, get in touch and we'll talk you through the options.
