Twin Canopy Installation on Concrete Block Walls for Bulk Storage

Twin Canopy Installation on Concrete Block Walls for Bulk Storage

Most people think of canopies as a container-based solution. This install shows a different approach. The customer already had concrete block walls on their bulk materials yard for bay segregation — we mounted two canopy frames directly on top, turning a pair of open bays into fully covered storage without any additional groundworks or foundations.

Two separate bays side by side, each with a dark green industrial PVC cover and open front for unrestricted loader and machinery access. The concrete walls do the structural work and the canopy frames sit on top, keeping rain off the materials while leaving the front completely clear. Running two canopies side by side doubles the covered capacity without doubling the footprint, and each bay stays independent so different materials can be stored and accessed separately.

The frames can be removed and relocated if the yard layout changes. The concrete walls stay in place and the whole setup costs a fraction of a roofed permanent structure.
