This project centred around a fully enclosed Double Truss Storage Tent, measuring 20 metres long by 12 metres wide, designed to provide a dependable, winter-ready valeting area for their dealership operations.

Purpose-Driven Design for Cold-Weather Operations

The goal was clear: create a sheltered, functional space to support vehicle detailing and valeting during harsh winter conditions. The resulting structure offered full overhead and lateral protection from rain, frost, and wind — helping to streamline daily operations while protecting both staff and vehicles.

Rapid Install: From Groundworks to Completion in 3 Days

Speed was critical. Our installation team delivered the entire solution — from delivery to final fit-out — in just three working days. By streamlining logistics and working closely with site managers, we ensured zero disruption to daily operations while delivering precision execution on a tight schedule.

Intelligent Access Systems: Shutter & Side Entry

To maximise efficiency and site usability, we integrated an electric roller shutter door for vehicle access, complemented by a side-mounted PVC roll-up door for personnel entry. This configuration offers security, ease of use, and weather protection in one smart setup.

Winter-Ready Interior: Electricals & Comfort

To ensure full usability during colder months, the structure was fully fitted with lighting and heating connections, allowing for continuous operation regardless of weather. This created a comfortable, efficient workspace — not just a storage tent, but a turnkey solution ready for year-round use.
